Resilience begins with the ability to care for ourselves by recognizing what makes us feel unsteady and learning how to handle it. By increasing awareness of how our bodies respond to external stressors, we can activate our inner healer, building the capacity to self-regulate and maintain calm. This enables us to move through challenges without letting outside influences destabilize us.
This workshop will use a combination of gentle movement, journaling and guided visualizations to connect to ourselves and each other. We will practice vagal toning and awareness techniques to empower our nervous systems to respond with greater stability. Recognizing early signs of stress allows us to engage tools that return us to calm, empowering us to make informed decisions and remain grounded, even in times of immense change and perceived chaos.
